Looking good, Our Team have been assigned to a negotiator at the Chase Loss Mitigation Department and the BPO is complete. The Buyers have been notified of the progress and are hanging in there. Our Short Sale Coordinators are doing a good job.

We received multiple offers over the weekend and have accepted a strong one. Thanks to all that came to the open house and to those that made great offers. We are now approaching the bank to negotiate the short sale process and to stop the foreclosure.
