After spending a lot of time searching on the internet for a very specific type of rental home, we found the lagunaagent.com website. It proved invaluable and within a few minutes we found a handful of homes that we were interested in. Brett called us right away, and the next day showed us the perfect house. He was honest, knowledgeable, very responsive and made the process extremely easy. When we decide to buy a home in Orange County, Brett will be the first person we call.We tried to find a home on our own for weeks and didn’t find anything that suited us. The day you called and told us you have the perfect home with in hours of it being listed for sale we where out of town. We put our trust in you and signed the offer without even seeing the property. Brett, it has been a great searching and then buying experience. You have been courteous from day 1 even before we decided to use you as our agent. Thank for understanding that were not in a hurry to purchase. Most agents tend to put you on the “b” list if you are not ready to buy immediately. Even when I told you that I would not purchase until the market settles a bit more, you still continued to show us houses that might interest us.
