Buying

Why buy with Laguna Agent?

Maybe you’ve found that perfect single family home, townhouse, condo or luxury home.  Maybe you don’t quite know what’s available for sale or about to become available.  In either case, as part of the important process of a real estate purchase, you need to appoint your buyer’s agent.

The buyer’s agent negotiates with the seller’s realtor, or listing agent, as well as keeping a close eye on any potential issues with the property itself, such as the contracts and reports.  They will point out the benefits and liabilities of each home as you inspect it, based on its condition, location and potential improvement possibilities – details that you might not even notice!

Our buyer’s agents can also help you obtain preferred financing and prequalification letters as part of our one-stop service.

How does the Laguna Agent team work with buyers?

Over the years, Laguna Niguel resident, Brett Dalbeth, who founded and owns LagunaAgent.com, has built a team of professionals throughout Orange County, California, selecting the very best agents to work in his team, as well as bringing on board third party escrow, title, lending and inspection services.  The Laguna Agent team can execute any kind of real estate transaction, including buyer’s or seller’s side representation on residential, industrial and commercial real estate purchases throughout Laguna Niguel, Laguna Beach, and south Orange County.

Today’s advanced buying process

Most buyers these days like to do some research themselves before choosing the agent who will represent them in the buying process. Laguna Agent’s first role is to give you what you need: free access to up-to-date real estate information and free access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

After your initial consultation with one of our buyer’s agents, we will immediately get to work for you to find all the best homes for sale that fit your criteria.  If you’ve already found a few that interest, we will schedule showings for those as well as our recommendations.

Once you have identified a home and would like to put in an offer, your buyer’s agent will perform a comparable property analysis on your future home to provide you with its fair market value, and will help you decide on the best approach, price and terms to offer based on their knowledge of the current local market conditions and trends.  All the potential risks and benefits will be pointed out to you at each step of the buying process, and we will always be available 7 days a week until the close of escrow.
