The Laguna Agent Team is in the business of closing Real Estate transactions, and without reliable lenders,; successful closings would be extremely difficult. We have established some preferred lenders we like to work with, as they have proven to be reliable and take good care of our clients. Diversity

In this market each of our clients have a unique situation’s therefore they may require unique loan programs. The benefit of working with our preferred lenders is that they are brokers that have access to all loan programs including FHA and VA loans. Unlike brick and mortar banks such as Bank of America, Chases, Wells Fargo, etc, a broker has the ability to shop around for you among all the banks’ and lenders’ products to find the best program and rates that suite your needs. The brick and mortar banks only have their own loan programs and they can’t go outside their own company to sell other lender’s products.

Rates and Fees

Our preferred lenders also offer some of the best rates and fees. Our aim to provide the best possible real estate service to our customers includes value for money. As we are concerned about our clients’ overall satisfaction, we trust our lenders to offer the best rates and fees possible, and to limit or waive junk fees that can add up on the bottom line.

Communication

Our preferred lenders and loan officers have agreed to be available outside of normal business hours within reason as an added bonus for our clients. We understand that purchasing a home is a big commitment and borrowers may have many questions or concerns during the loan process.  So come the weekend or after 5:00pm our loan officers are easy to contactget if needed.

Ongoing Service

The Laguna Agent Team will always be available after the close of escrow to address questions or concerns free of charge as part of our lifelong commitment to earn future business and referrals, and the same goes for our lenders. Our lenders also seek ongoing business and future referrals, whether it be a new purchase in the future, refinancing for a better rate, a home equity line of credit or helping a client’s friend or family member with their financing needs.  We’ll all make sure your best interests is at heart, so you’re happy throughout the real estate purchase process, and you’d be happy to recommend both Laguna Agent and our lender’s.
