Hello –
I’m currently leasing a house on Via Lido Soud (Lido Island). My lease is expiring at end of February with an option for an additional year.
I want to look at some other properties to determine if I want to extend my lease or move. Listed below are a few of my requirements:
1. Detached single family home.
2. Bay front property with dock that can accommodate a 45 foot boat.
3. Minimum of three bedrooms.
4. Minimum of two car garage.
5. Available for move-in March 1, 2010
