Risk Management:

There are plenty of risks in a Real Estate transaction that could cost a principal on ether the buyers or sellers side thousands of dollars. Being exclusively represented by a Laguna Agent you are assured that honesty, experience, and our strict Fiduciary Duty Policies are working in your best interest at all times. Our client’s are always consulted on the risks associated with all documents signed and in-depth explanations are offered for each action taken. Our team is required to ensure our clients comfort while preserving their maximum protection against a misrepresentation that can possibly lead to a financial loss.

Confidential Information:

Real Estate companies collect and file their client’s personal information such as Credit Reports, Tax returns, Asset statements etc and the Laguna Agent team has a strict policy to ensure no personal information leaks into the wrong hands. Any personal information collected is kept confidential and only shared with the Laguna Agent team or trusted third party services as needed to establish the required steps per our client’s transactions. All our files are kept locked securely or password protected in electronic format for the minimum required time by law before they are destroyed. The Laguna Agent team will never sell or share personal information with other third parties unless required by law to do so.

No Secretes:

Here at the Laguna Agent team honesty is our priority. Our promise to our clients is that we will present all offers submitted on a sale not just the best ones that serve the most commissions for our team. One dishonest example would be in a dual agency situation where the listing agent procured a buyer for the listing and double ends the commission. A dishonest Agent may not submit an offer that was possibly more profitable for the seller with the intentions of making a double commission. Another dishonest example would be an agent only showing their buying client’s properties that offer the most commissions. This business practice is strictly prohibited at the Laguna Agent team and will not be tolerated. When you are represented by a Laguna Agent transparency and your best interests are our priority.

Keeping it Green:

The Laguna Agent team is dedicated to doing their part by reducing their carbon footprint to the maximum extent. The technology we use has existed for several years but unfortunately most of our industry is still printing multiple hard copies of each transaction and party involved. A typical Real Estate transaction here in California can include approximately 200 pages with up to 8 copies made for record keeping purposes. As you do your math you can clearly see the paper wastage for the thousands of transactions each year that can be easily minimized by simply making electronic copies. As the laws and third party companies make it difficult to make a transaction 100% paperless; we do our best to make use of the paperless technology that is legal and available to us. As a leader in electronic filing in our industry we encourage other companies to do the same as it makes managing files much easier, saves on printing costs and the environment. Who likes to read those third generation faxes anyway?
